Cancellations
If you must cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. My waitlist will be delighted!
Last-minute cancellations and no-call no-shows may result in pre-payment of future appointments or.

You will be charged a $75 fee
Please book online to fill out all of the necessary forms and choose the best time. My schedule fills up periodically so book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Visitor Policy
The studio is reserved for clients only. No visitors are permitted. Children are not permitted in the treatment room.
Return and Refund Policy
At Face Forward Correctives, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances of production-related issues. Please read our return/refund policy carefully:
1. **No Refund/Return Policy:**
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or personal preferences.
2. **Production-Related Issues:**
In the rare event that you encounter a production-related issue with your purchase, we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team at 775-315-8680 within 3 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
Our team will assess the problem and determine an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, or other measures, depending on the nature of the issue.
